Beautiful home on the south fork of the Snoqualmie River. Great location just 10 minutes to town and less than 5 minutes to tons of Washington's best hiking trails. Or relax at home & take in the view of the mountains from the river's edge --- large yard w/hot tub, gazebo, patio, and firepit. Cool off in the river, take an adventurous river kayak (tours available in town that go right past the house!) or even fly fish right in the back yard. Open floorplan great for groups! The space Open living area with two living rooms for plenty of space to relax for the whole everyone! Gorgeous views of the backyard and river from most rooms in the house. Large backyard is fully fenced (great for pups!) mid way. Hot tub, covered gazebo and large patio within that space. Outside the fence, you'll find a firepit and no-bank access to the river. Inside, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a game room in the garage. TVs in the living room and back bedroom are set up to Roku for you to watch your favorite streaming services. **Please note, the garage/game room access is through the largest bedroom . Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the river, park & playground nearby in the neighborhood and trail to private (seasonal) lake! Hot tub is there for your use as well! The hot tub does take a bit to warm up between cleanings (we clean between every guest!) but feel free to reach out if you have any trouble. Other things to note There are only beds for 9 (including a bunk room with a double on the bottom and single on top). If a group has 10, an air mattress can be provided upon advanced request. We are in a somewhat remote area and power can go out from time to time in the winter months. We have a wood burning fireplace, candles and flashlights available should you experience a power outage at anytime during your stay.
