Guest access The property being rented is a Single Family Home, entire First & Second Floor with an option to rent out the basement/movie theater for an additional $100 a night. The first floor has a formal dining, living room, family room with air hockey and foosball tables, kitchen, half bath, patio with covered area, 2 car garage - perfect for entertaining with family and friends after a long day out exploring the DMV area. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. The following amenities are included in the property: Microwave Dishwasher Stove/Oven Mr. Coffee coffee maker Washer & Dryer Refrigerator Grill 2 hair dryers (located in master bathroom and guest bathroom) Towels (1 for each guest) Pots/Pans Plates/Cups Silverware Shampoo & Bodywash A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies is available for use. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies should the above run out plus any additional supplies guests may need.
