It is mostly wooded with an airy yard and tall trees, a wraparound porch with grill and outdoor dining. The light-filled interior has a country kitchen with dining table, comfortable living room, foyer, four bedrooms and two full baths. Walk-in closet for clothes and luggage, extra pillows. Laundry, washer, dryer, and clothes rack are available in the full basement. There's parking for two to four vehicles in the driveway. Guests can access all of the house except for the third floor storage room. In addition the nearby boat barn is not available. The neighborhood is in the middle of Lincolnville Center. The Post Office, Town Office and School are nearby. The Lincolnville General Store is about a half mile away. There is a gas station about one mile away. There is plenty of parking at the house. It is a short drive to mid-coast towns such as Rockland, Rockport, Camden, Belfast, and Lincolnville Beach (about 5 miles away). The Camden Hills State Park is also nearby. The are ferries to Isleboro at Lincolnville Beach and ferries to Vinalhaven and North Haven from Rockland. We welcome guests with a gift of blueberry jam and pancake mix.
