Plenty of outdoor patio seating and tables of outdoor dining and enjoying our mountains. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage. When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately one block from the home! This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season) Other things to note You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum over holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.
