Relaxing getaway with family/friends at this peaceful lakefront cottage. Perfect in all seasons, house is set back to give you a peaceful, quiet setting with a stunning view of Lake Roesiger framed by Mount Pilchuck. Go fishing from the private dock in the fully stocked lake. Use our paddleboat, kayaks or row boat, or bring your own boat/PWC and use the public launch just 2 min. drive away then tie up at the dock. Campfire, BBQ grill, A/C, 2 Smart TVs, puzzles, games. Strong WiFi and work desk. The space 1940's cozy cottage by Lake Roesiger (actually 3 connected spring-fed lakes, with average water temp of 72-73 during the summer months) in the Cascade Mountain foothills. Wake up to the peaceful lake view and enjoy a morning yoga on the dock or deck. Sit next to the window to read your book. Work from the lake, sitting on the deck under the sun-setter awning. A family owned community store with bait, non-ethanol gasoline, and essentials (sometimes with a beer garden), is 5 minutes (2.3 miles) away. There is a public park with picnic facilities and a swimming beach. You can do water sports, waterski, wakeboard or tube on two of the lakes - but the wakes doesn't hit our shoreline. Fishing opportunities include rainbow trout, largemouth bass, black crappie, yellow perch and catfish. Nearby hiking to a beautiful waterfall at Explorer Falls., mount biking, snow shoeing at Mt. Pilchuck, and snow skiing at Steven's pass. The space is directly on the lake so we ask all children 13 or younger to wear life jackets on the lower bulkhead and dock, we provide some life jackets but we encourage you to bring your own if you have them. Other things to note Dog/pet friendly - but space for only 2 dogs/pets. We pay for special cleaning after dog/pet guests. Dog/pet fee is $100/pet, if bringing 2nd dog/pet additional fee of $100 will be sent after booking. Bring fishing gear! We have some, but they are heavily used. The paddle-boat, kayaks, paddle board, and aluminum boat are available to use, must wear Personal Floatation Devices (Lifejackets) - which are provided. Bring your own boat or jet skis and tie up to the dock, we get almost no wake at the dock. LAKE RULES: Motorboats may only create a wake/exceed 8 mph between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm (during summer only). and travel in a counterclockwise direction. During that time all swimmers, paddleboarders, kayakers, etc. need to stay on the shore side of the course marked off by the series of buoys. The motor boat, jet skis, and hot tub stored on the property are not available. Cellular service very strong. External cameras record front door, back deck, and parking lot.
