"Wisteria Cottage on Maple" is our cozy, eclectic Victorian cottage, built in 1909, full of charm and character. Step back in time while enjoying all of today’s amenities and essentials! Wisteria Cottage is conveniently located near downtown Stillwater just blocks from OSU. With three bedrooms, two baths, covered backyard deck and yard! Our little cottage comfortably sleeps nine. You will have full access to the house, covered deck and yard. The space PRIVATE MASTER SUIT Private staircase with door leads from the living area to an upstairs loft/master suite featuring antique claw foot tub, double vanity, king size platform bed with Serta iComfort mattress, plus an additional twin bed in case you need a little one nearby. Enjoy a 32 inch flat screen TV with Roku. Master Suite has private climate controlled heat and air, ceiling fan and double closet with shelves. Essentials provided, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, towels and hairdryer. GUEST ROOM The guest bedroom located downstairs directly off the living area features a queen size bed with Serta iComfort mattress, antique wardrobe, small antique desk/workspace with HP printer and ceiling fan. BUNK ROOM The bunk room sleeps four with double bunk beds, ceiling fan and roomy closet and a nice selection of board games. DOWNSTAIRS BATH Enjoy a newly remodeled bathroom filled with beautiful tile work, natural sunlight, water regulating shower head and tub. Essentials provided...shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and hairdryer. LIVING AREA The living area/family room features leather couch, three arm chairs, 40 inch Roku TV, ceiling fan and Nest thermostat. DINING/SITTING AREA The home’s original parlor area features a dining table with leaf and can seat up to 8. The room also features a couch, barrel chair and original Tiger Maple double mantle and cast iron, wood burning fire place (for our guests safety, the fireplace is nonworking). Full of natural light, great for reading, relaxing or playing board games. KITCHEN Our bright, happy kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you need to prepare meals or snacks including side by side fridge/freezer, gas oven/stove, garbage disposal, extra-large toaster, blender, crockpots in multiple sizes, ice tea maker, waffle maker, dishes, silverware, an assortment of utensils, bakeware and cookware. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-in pantry for ample storage. Enjoy making your cup of joe at the coffee bar! With provided Aspen Coffee.... use the drip coffee maker, or espresso maker, fully stock with Skinny syrups, sugar, and creamer. LAUNDRY Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the kitchen. An iron and ironing board also available. OUTDOORS Enjoy your cup of coffee outdoors with outdoor amenities including a covered front porch overlooking our gold fish water garden and large shaded fenced yard. In the back, enjoy a covered deck with string lights, table, chairs, privacy fenced backyard. Electric pellet grill located on the patio near the deck. PARKING The shared driveway has enough parking space for up to 4 regular size vehicles. Additional street parking is available on Maple and on the west side of Lewis. Please see "house rules" "additional rules" for info on pets staying. There is a smaller cleaning fee for short stay guests staying 1-2 nights.
