Come experience Bentonville! Location is perfect for mountain bikers and downtown lovers. 1 mile from Downtown, 1 mile from Coler, 1 mile from Slaughter Pen. Fenced -in backyard and bike wash station! There are dishwasher and laundry pods for a couple days. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom! Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Ping pong table in garage! Front & back yard monitored with Google cameras. Porch monitored with ring. No smoking on the premises . The space This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that is perfect for groups and cyclists!! (1 King bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds). We also have a designated private workspace for those who are working from home! The kitchen is fully stocked (blender, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, hand mixer, cooking sheets) and ready for you to enjoy! The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room allows for everyone to enjoy each other’s company !! Other things to note No parties or events. No more than 8 guests, Only 2 pets with a one time $125 pet fee. Only four cars allowed and must be parked in driveway.
