Porch monitored with ring. The space This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that is perfect for groups and cyclists!! (1 King bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds). We also have a designated private workspace for those who are working from home! The kitchen is fully stocked (blender, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, hand mixer, cooking sheets) and ready for you to enjoy! The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room allows for everyone to enjoy each other’s company !! Other things to note No parties or events. 8 guests included in reservation. We allow no more than 10 guests with each guest over 8 being an additional $50 per night. Only 2 pets with a one time $125 pet fee.
