Blue Zepher Villa is nestled into the hillside of Blue Mountain which is a safe and quiet residential community on the main tourist island of Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is an authentic Caribbean house that has been built for taking advantage of the constant gentle breezes (aka a zepher) and outdoor island living. The property is very private, gated and completely fenced in. Your family and friends will have plenty of room to spread both inside and outside! The space The outdoor space is the prime attraction of Blue Zepher Villa. The spacious pool deck surrounds the deep, full-size pool. Perfect for floating in a hammock and enjoying a refreshing beverage. Brand new pool loungers and patio furniture are available to work on your tan or sit in the shade of the covered patio while enjoying the gentle breezes after a busy day of exploring any number of amazing beaches on or off the island of Provo. You can also enjoy grilling your casual meals at home on the new Weber gas BBQ. The interior of the villa has been recently remodeled with a calming Caribbean spa feel. Brand new spa-quality bedroom and bathroom linens along with natural wood tones are brought alive with touches of colour. The ground floor features a cozy living area with a 65" Smart TV and an office nook for anyone who needs to keep in touch with home. Finishing the ground floor are 2 air-conditioned queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upper floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 and a small sitting area. The 2 sets of patio doors can be opened wide to enjoy the cooling trade winds. A view of the beach at Smith's Reef and Grace Bay beyond can also be seen from here. Completing the second floor is the large, air conditioned master suite with king size bed and private bathroom with shower. Must be 21 and older to book. High speed wifi throughout the villa. Full concierge services available. Other things to note While some maps show our location as walkable to the beach, we do not recommend walking because you need to travel on the main highway for a short distance before turning down the road to the beach. We recommend renting a car or organizing a driving service. The house is on city water which is safe for drinking.
