The space includes 2 large bedrooms each with their own TV, 2 1/2 granite and tile bathrooms, a full size futon, a separate work space, a family room with a large TV, and a well-equiped gourmet kitchen with a center island for indoor dining. Outside there is a huge patio that includes a brand new grill, fire pit, swing, dining area, bistro table, propane heaters, and edison lights from which to enjoy the INCREDIBLE views. Watch the occassional trains in the distance as they sweep across the valley as if you are in Switzerland. First Floor of a 2 story home.
