The space This home has over 1500 square feet and was built in late 2020. Has an open floor plan with enough room to eat large. Huge living room, amazing river views. 3 beds 2 full bath (One master bedroom w/King bed, another bedroom with queen size bed, & the last bedroom has a full bed with a twin underneath it) *All bedrooms have a 40-inch smart tv, wall mounted* As well as a 75-inch smart tv in the living room, also offer 1 canoe to use with 2 paddles 2 life vests! Guest access -Park in the back of the premises on the paved driveway. -Enter by using the stairs on the right side of this location. Amenities: include a huge yard, wi-fi, hot tub, and riverfront Which is all yours when you book with me Other things to note A common question I often receive is where the twin bed is located; it is under the log bed which is full-sized, it is a twin trundle bed and it pulls out. This property has 2 acres, and over 150 feet of river frontage. The road is lightly traveled between house & river. The dock is set up for boat anchoring, fishing, and swimming. (Also includes a ladder to access water) Fire pit with plenty of wood right on the river for those cool evenings.
