Huge living room, amazing river views. 3 beds 2 full bath (One master bedroom w/King bed, another bedroom with queen size bed, & the last bedroom has a full bed with a twin underneath it) *All bedrooms have a 40-inch smart tv, wall mounted* As well as a 75-inch smart tv in the living room, also offer 1 canoe 2 kayaks to use with paddles life vest Guest access -Park in the back of the premises on the paved driveway. -Enter by using the stairs on the right side of this location. Amenities: include a huge yard, wi-fi, hot tub, and riverfront Which is all yours when you book with me Other things to note A common question I often receive is where the twin bed is located; it is under the log bed which is full-sized, it is a twin trundle bed and it pulls out. This property has 2 acres, and over 150 feet of river frontage. The road is lightly traveled between house & river. The dock is set up for boat anchoring, fishing, and swimming. (Also includes a ladder to access water) Fire pit with 1 large wheelbarrow load of wood right on the river for those cool evenings. 1 canoe, and 2 kayaks, are provided with paddles and lifejackets see pictures in listing!! Pet fees, Airbb only charges for the first pet on their platform, I allow 2 pets however their is a fee for the second pet that needs to be paid before check in, if you have more 2 pets contact me and I will see if I can accommodate your request. Each additional pet fee is $100 This is a family rental, with absolutely no college parties no fraternities no large events, or other kinds of parties. This home is for 6 guests only at all times if there are more discovered the booking will be canceled and the guest will be made to leave with no refunds. Garage and lower area not part of rental.
