Included with your stay, Sea Oats has its own boat ramp and 50 boat slips used on a first come first serve basis. If you're not getting out early on your boat, start your day by watching the pelicans and herons. The complex is spread out over six acres. The Lagoon side of the property has a large grass area that overlooks the waterfront and includes: ⇢ 2 large docks ⇢ a covered gazebo ⇢ 4 charcoal grills ⇢ 2 walkways that lead to covered decks ⇢ a boat ramp ⇢ boat slips ⇢ fish cleaning area Other popular things to do at the Lagoon: ⇢ picnicking ⇢ morning coffee ⇢ watching the sunset ⇢ kayaking ⇢ fishing ⇢ tanning ⇢ lawn games  Parking notes: - Parking for 2 vehicles is included with your stay. - Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. - Please display them in your vehicle to avoid your vehicle being ticketed, towed, and/or booted. - One carport space is labeled D-201. - One additional parking space is available directly behind the carport space, parked in tandem. - If you bring your own boat, you may park your boat trailer in 1 of these 2 reserved spaces. - Additional open parking may be available in the complex on a first-come, first-serve basis. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. * No trailers, personal watercraft, campers, or motorhomes are allowed on the property; such vehicles will be towed. ** Please note: this complex does not have elevators, and the condo is entered via two flights of stairs.  *** The reservation registrant must meet the minimum age requirement of 23 years old. Photo ID verification will be required before your check-in. PET RULES: – Dogs only (no cats or other animals). – Must be at least 1 year old and under 30 lbs. – Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. – Pet fee: $60 per dog (2–4 nights) / $120 per dog (5+ nights). – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees will apply if hair is found. – Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, licenses, and ID tags. – Please bring your own dog bedding, crate, and towels for paws/fur. – Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless safely crated and calm. – Shedding dogs must be brushed outdoors daily. – Pick up and properly dispose of all waste. – No bathing dogs in tubs or showers. – Clean up and report any accidents or damage right away. – Dogs must be leashed on the property at all times. – Owners are responsible for all damage or disturbances (including excessive barking).
