Welcome to the Rivermist Retreat, a 4-season retreat for the outdoor enthusiast. The perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with family and friends surrounded by nature. The large dock is just steps away and the perfect spot to enjoy downtime while watching the mist float by in the morning or the incredible night stars light up the sky. Enjoy weed free swimming and fishing right off the dock or maybe grab a kayak or canoe and go for a paddle so you can see all that the river has to offer. The space 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, sleeps 8 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 - One Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Two Twin beds Bedroom 3 (Outside Bunkie) - One Queen bed and one twin over double bunk bed All new mattresses and pillows complete with high quality protective covers. All linens, pillows and blankets are included with your stay. **Please bring your own towels** Kitchen - Is fully equipped with everything you need to make anything you desire. **Note this property does not have a dishwasher** Large deck with outside seating off the back of the cottage complete with both a Blackstone flat top grill and Napoleon grill. Large dock along waterfront for additional seating and riverside dining. Large dock to fish off of with Muskoka chairs to relax in while enjoying all the waterfront has to offer. Fire pit with wood included also 2 kayaks, 1 Canoe, 1 SUP and 1 pedal boat and lots of other inflatable water tubes, rafts and toys for your leisure. Several adult and child sized life jackets provided for your use and safety. Many indoor games and puzzles available on the shelf for your rainy day or evening entertainment. Several outdoor games available also all of which can be found in the shed with the white door to the side of the bunkie. Hight speed satellite internet and firestick for access to all your streaming vices.. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, bunkie and toy/water shed that is attached (White Door) to the attached to the bunkie. The large shed at the end of the driveway is not available for use. Other things to note Close to many amenities...5 minutes to Esso gas station and the famous Riverside Inn Restaurant...very popular place so reservations are recommended. 10 minutes to Coboconk where you will find a Foodland, LCBO, Beer store and Home Hardware for your essentials. Tim Hortons, Riverbank Pizza, Ryan's roadside Charbroiled burgers, the Pattie house for great BBQ and the dockside restaurant and grill all for for some good eats! 20 minutes away from Minden where you will find several big box stores, and a quaint main street experience! Visit the famous Kawartha Dairy factory for some fresh ice cream!
