I have a few short term stays in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. The space These townhomes are newer construction. They have a very clean sleek look. On the main floor you have the garage, entry way, a half bathroom, the kitchen, dinning room and living room. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, the laundry area, and two full bathrooms. Other things to note The tv has Netflix and Hulu! We do not have access to local channels just streaming platforms via the internet. If you are booking a large group, there may be additional fees. So keep your eyes peeled for that and please do not be surprised. The price changes if you book 2 people versus booking 10 people. I have had people message me surprised about this. I would think Airbnb would somehow show this, but people have been surprised, so I want to put it here so it is not a surprise if the price changes for larger groups.
