Other things to note ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ*** ***DRIVEWAY AT BOULDER CABIN*** For parking, we offer a covered carport at the top of the driveway, ideal for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep. ***LOCATION*** Property is located in a neighborhood where the main street can get busy during rush hour. ***PET POLICY*** While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out. ***RENTAL BOOKING AGE*** Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
