The space The house is 20 steps down from street level on a slope at the very top of the Berkeley Hills . A 4th bedroom is available only with an extra fee of $100 per night. Let us know in your inquiry if you want a 4th bedroom. There are two ensuite bedrooms (one king bed and one full bed), the larger bedroom is very large and has a brand new full bathroom with bath completed in April 2025. The third bedroom has two single beds, a couch and tv. If you are more than 6 people you will have access to an additional en-suite bedroom with a queen bed: https://www.airbnb.com/h/summitroad. There is an office space as well. The cook's kitchen is part of the open plan main floor with living and dining rooms, with access to the western view facing deck and backyard or to the garden and patio of the front yard. There are 4 total bathrooms, all with showers and two with bathtubs. (One bathroom is quite small.). A 5th bathroom with a shower is included if your group is larger than 6 people. The house is spacious, comfortable, newly renovated and pristine. Guest access The entire house (except for one storage area) is available to guests. Other things to note Zoning permit: ZCSTR2022-0908
