A closet/laundry room is accessible from this room. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Ridglea Hills is a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that is very family friendly and is perfect for peaceful neighborhood walks. There is a picturesque park overlooking downtown (Ridglea Hills Park) that is very safe and clean with a playground for kids located only a few blocks walk from the house. Also, if you're looking for outdoor recreation, the Trinity Trails are a short drive away. The house is an easy and quick 10-15 minute drive to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers, the Medical District, Downtown, or almost anywhere else you need to go in Fort Worth, and you can get there either via Vickery, I30, or Camp Bowie, so getting to and from the house is a breeze and you won't have to worry about traffic! For shopping, all you need to do is drive along Camp Bowie, where there are plenty of local shops and amazing restaurants, or head down to the Shops at Clearfork. And for all of our essential needs, the house is two minutes from a Tom Thumb, or an easy 5-10 minutes from the Whole Foods at Waterside, or Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and other shops. Guest access There are a couple of closets that are locked where we store some of our supplies. Otherwise, the entire house is available to our guests. Other things to note - WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide our guests with many essential items to get your stay started off right when you first check in, such as shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc. If you run out during your stay, there are grocery stores very nearby for you to restock, and you are welcome to receive deliveries at the house. - MID-STAY CLEANINGS: If you would like periodic cleanings during your stay, let us know and we can arrange them during your stay for an additional cleaning fee per clean. - This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors. The house is not suitable for parties.
