The space This estate offers 5 full bedrooms, 2 dining areas, 2 living areas, a massive state of the art game room, and a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, full court basketball, sand volleyball and putting greens, bocce ball, human chess and 2 horseshoe pits with gas fire pit by pool and multiple outdoor sitting areas. A peaceful retreat in the hills of North San Diego County. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and secluded. Beaches: 23 min in Solana Beach, 25 min to Delmar beach, 27 mins to moonlight beach and oceanside beach, most San Diego beaches 30-35 min away. Attractions: 14 mins to the SD Zoo Safari Park 30 min to Sea world, Temecula wineries, lego land 35 min to Airport Bed/Bath Set Up: Our Property accommodates up to 16 guests in total. However, we allow a maximum of 13 adults, with the remaining guests required to be children or toddlers. (crib and pack n play). Bedroom #1:(Main Level) Master bedroom that features King Size bed w/ Smart TV. Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower. Attached to Master Bedroom. Bedroom #2:(Main Level) Full/Full Bunkbed with Full Trundle w/ Smart TV. Bedroom #3: (Main Level) Two Full beds with Smart TV. Bath #2 Full Bathroom with dual sinks, Stand up shower. Located in the hallway between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 Bedroom #4:(Main Level) King Bed with Smart TV. Bathroom #3 Sink with stand up shower attached to Bedroom #4 Bedroom #5 (Second level) : 2 Queen beds in bedroom. In the ensuite is a sofa bed and a Crib both room and ensuite have a smart TV. Bedroom #5(second Level) Living Room area: Sleeper Sofa with Smart Tv Bathroom #4 Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo. Game room: (outback next to volleyball court/ Away from house) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a Pool Table, Air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, Poker Table and Ping Pong. We also have 5 arcade games and 2 65 inch TV's. Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains.
