Welcome to the Ames Escape by Epic Stays. You'll enjoy easy access to everything, including walking distance to restaurants and bars. Main Street shopping and world-class dining is just a few blocks away and Iowa State University is 1.5 miles away. The space In this early 1900’s renovated home, guests will walk into a formal living room though the front door. Also, on the main level are a king bed bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom and full kitchen. In the rear of the home off the kitchen is the laundry room with access to the fabulous back yard, fire pit, outdoor seating areas and barbecue grill. Upstairs, there is another queen bed room and additional living room with another big screen tv. Guest access You will access the home from either the front or back yard. Both have smart locks. In the rear, you can park in the driveway off the alley, or in the front there is street parking across the street. The street side closest to the house has a no-parking sign which is often patrolled. Other things to note During winter months should it snow during your stay; a local plow company will come by after 2 or more inches of snow. A snow shovel and ice melt is provided on site for guest use during the winter.
