This is typical for ALL Tower District Properties. We have equipped each room with white noise makers. Disposable ear plugs can be supplied upon request. The windows are also new double pane. The laundry room may be accessed by our cleaner when the back unit is being cleaned. This area is in the back of the house, separated from the main living areas, and has a separate entrance to not disturb your stay. We will also notify you if this is needed. Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes. Guest access Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay! There is an additional 1 bedroom unit in the back that can be booked for ultimate privacy. There may be guests coming through the driveway to get to the back unit. Other things to note Parking is in the driveway as well as free street parking. The driveway is on the right side of the property and there is a car port with garage door for 1 covered parking spot. You can also fit 2 more cars in the actual driveway. All of them are lined up behind each other. If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
