Driveway and free street parking are available in the quiet neighborhood. Bbq grill is also available for guest use. Guests can enjoy the complete house. I will personally be available to guest with any questions or issues and I live within 10 minutes of the area. I have been doing short term rentals for several years now. I also have 3 other houses on Airbnb. Neighborhood is very quiet but is located very near anything you want to do in the greater Peoria area. Driveway to house is shared with the neighbor so only 1 vehicle is able to be parked in the driveway, but there is ample on street parking.
