While we maintain the property to keep pests at bay, occasional encounters with nature are a part of the experience. Guests with severe phobias of insects or other small creatures may find our setting challenging. House Rules: - Maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Use the parking pad for parking. - Report any damages immediately. - Clean the grill after each use. - No smoking anywhere on the property. - No events, parties, or gatherings. - Respect neighbors’ peace and privacy. - No exceeding the maximum occupancy. - Do not move furniture. - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. Other things to note Children are welcome, however please be aware the home is not child-proofed. There is parking for 2 cars on the parking pad in front of the house. Our woodsy location near the lake is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. Though we treat the house for pests including spiders, insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.
