KEY FEATURES: * Bedrooms: The two main bedrooms each feature a King-sized Novaform bed and a wall-mounted smart TV. The third bedroom, our 'Marfa' room, is inspired by the minimalist, artistic vibe of Marfa, TX, and offers two extremely comfortable gel-topped single beds. Each bedroom includes a closet with hangers and an organizer. * Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, and bar seating. You'll find both a Keurig and a French press for your morning coffee, along with a tea kettle and filtered cold water. * Bathroom: The modern bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower. * Backyard: Your large, private backyard is surrounded by an 8-foot privacy fence. Unwind in the shady gazebo with lounge furniture, gather around the propane firepit, or enjoy a meal at the picnic table. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and completely private access to the entire home, the fully-enclosed backyard, and the driveway. There are no shared spaces. Enjoy full use of the gazebo, firepit, front porch with its bistro set, kitchen, bathroom, and all bedrooms.
