Max 3 vehicles l (might be able to fit a 4th car but will be tight). -We are in a neighborhood and short term rentals are regulated by the city of Riverside. We’d like to continue being good neighbors and still operate The Lost Pine so guests or other occupants of the Short Term Rental shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847, including quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM, and Riverside County Ordinance No. 924, related to loud or unruly parties, gatherings or other similar events. -Guests or other occupants of the Short Term Rental shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance No. 915 Regulating Outdoor Lighting, including light trespass. We have our patio lights on a timer to help with this. -We are in a high fire area, absolutely no smoking, no outdoor fires and dispose of ashes in metal bin only. We provide 2 fire extinguishers in case of emergency. -We may consider well-trained pets (unfortunately no cats- owner has a severe allergy). Pets must secured at all times and continual barking or other nuisances created by pets are prohibited under all applicable laws, including Riverside County Ordinance No 878. Other: -We are child friendly but not child proof. Please bring any child proofing items that may be needed. We have stairs, a hot fireplace, wall heaters in each room, and cleaning supplies under the sink. We do not provide cupboard locks and gates. -We have air conditioning and heat via brand new individual mini splits in each room.
