The home features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, a sleeping loft with two full beds (low ceiling), one full bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Two large sliding doors open to a spacious deck overlooking the lake. Outside, enjoy 60 feet of private shoreline, a private dock, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs, charcoal grill, and fast Wi-Fi. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal boating, sailing, or fishing. (No gas motors or outside/unregistered boats are permitted on the lake.) The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The house is equipped with a multi-zone heating and air conditioning system, electric heat in every room, a fireplace, GE washer, and private off-street parking for two cars. Winter Fun: Mt. Southington Ski Area is just 20 minutes away. Please note: No smoking or pets. Every other fall and winter, the lake level is lowered for seasonal maintenance. Guest access Private off street parking for 2 cars Other things to note Absolutely no parties. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gas Grill thats are on property are not listed on Airbnb and are not included in rental.
