The space Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat in our spacious home with one of our available private chefs* or you're looking for an adventure on the water utilizing our complimentary paddleboards, we've got you covered. Escape to our 5 bedroom retreat overlooking the gorgeous Palmer Lake. When you enter the “Overlook at Palmer Lake,” you are greeted by cathedral ceilings, a bright main living room and a double-sided gas fireplace. The nine-foot windows will immediately beckon you to step out onto the deck where you will discover the meaning behind our name. Unique Outdoor Features Enjoy coffee on the front porch, watch the sunset over the lake while barbecuing on the Blackstone Grill on the upper deck, or sip some wine next to the fire pit on our lower stamped patio. On warm weekend nights, you will hear live music trailing across the lake from a couple of our favorite local restaurants and pubs! Sleeping Arrangements: The Master Suite being kissed with late morning light, you may find it difficult to pull from your comfy king-size bed, but the day awaits! There are adventures to be had! Get up! We have actually ensured that all of our rooms have thermal black-out curtains, because we know, well and good, that this quaint town can kick up a roarin’ good time on the weekends! There is a bunk bed with a Twin on top over a comfy Full-Size bed and a cushy memory foam Twin trundle bed on the main level. The built-in desk area is perfect for little drawings or even a quick catch up with some work. If a Pack n’ Play is needed, we have one at your convenience with a soft/firm reversible mattress insert depending on your infant’s age and need. It also includes fresh sheets to keep your little one comfortable all night. Fingers crossed! The secondary Master Bedroom with King Bed, and two more cozy bedrooms with Queen Beds in the basement. The King and Queen are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom that is private to only these two rooms. Each bathroom downstairs has a tub and shower. Group Spaces: Downstairs, there is a secondary recreation room with a La-Z-Boy Queen Sleeper Sofa, large Flat Screen TV, and a foosball table! The laundry room is available for all guests and has a front-load washer and a GE Profile gas dryer with Steam De-wrinkle Setting for refreshing any of your packed clothing. Our upstairs deck and downstairs patio both have incredible views, and we invite you to sit out on the patio in our large sectional and enjoy the fire pit and string lights while watching the sun set over the mountains. This is truly a serene and beautiful setting, and we hope you take time to enjoy our home and the surrounding community.
