The Villa is the original carriage house to the property that houses one the few SC blue granite homes (SC state stone). Although shops, restaurants, pubs, parks, museums and free concerts are only a short walking distance the Villa is a seclude gem in the heart of Lexington. Enjoy the pool during the day and the firepit at night. The space The Villa is the original carriage house to the property built in 1929. The Villa and the main home sits on about 3 acres of the original 33-acre farm. We are just a short distance from USC, the airport, Fort Jackson, The Riverbank Zoo and Lake Murray. The Villa has 2 smart TVs, a large griddle for cooking out, a microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and sitting area, a work/game area with a queen size sleeper sofa and a queen size air mattress upon request. There is a separate smoke house that was converted to a wine room with a bar and table for 2. The secret garden is magical at night and inviting during the day. The Villa pool and garden was featured in an award-winning movie and is also featured in an upcoming travel segment. Guests are welcomed to the Villa with a wine and charcuterie board.
