Blue Tranquility sits two miles south of downtown New Buffalo in a private, quiet neighborhood just south of Forest Beach — a brand-new build with fresh paint, new appliances, and new furniture throughout. This well-appointed house features: 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths 4 king beds Keurig and drip coffee makers Blackout blinds A sparkling clean hot tub Foosball table Downstairs living room & more! Walk through the front door into an entryway with a powder room leading to an open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen features an island and a second dining table, plus a washer/dryer and access to the patio, where you'll find outdoor dining, a Weber gas grill, and the hot tub. TVs stream through Roku, and the upstairs TV also has Xfinity Flex. Downstairs, a large living room offers a TV, sofa, foosball table, and kids' toys and books, along with a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs off the main floor are 4 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main suite has a king bed, private bath, and a desk if you need to work from vacation; the remaining upstairs bedrooms feature a twin-over-full bunk and two more king beds. A wireless printer with ink and paper is also available. Please note: a Ring camera/doorbell is located at the front entrance and the back sliding door, with a view limited to the door and grill area (the hot tub is not visible).
