RETRO SPACE As you enter our space, you'll be greeted by bright colors and nostalgic décor that will transport you to another era. The lower unit of the duplex is all yours, with a private entrance, three spacious bedrooms, a sparkling bathroom with a bathtub, and a bright, beautifully equipped kitchen right off the living room. Enjoy the retro feel throughout the space with your crew while being close to all of Colorado Springs' attractions. BEDROOMS The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a brand new smart TV, perfect for lounging in style. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a walkout to a small patio complete with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee cups, plates and bowls, microwave oven, toaster, and cooking spices. You'll also have a starter amount of stocked coffee pods, tea, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks to keep your energy flowing. AMENITIES We want you to feel right at home, so we've provided a private washer and dryer, along with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry you may need to do during your stay. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes. KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES For the kiddos, we happily provide a high chair and pack n play, so your little ones can relax in style. We also have a few games and a groovy record player, complete with some awesome vinyl to throw on and keep the good vibes flowing. The Neighborhood: The west side of Colorado Springs is such a fun location and so close to everything fun that Colorado Springs has to offer since its quite central and right near I-25. Easy driving includes the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. A short drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center! Getting Around: We are located right on a corner lot overlooking the Colorado Springs skyline. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house, so it's not a problem if you have multiple vehicles! In addition to the street parking, we offer one of the spaces in the driveway for parking as well. Other Things to Note: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
