The Downhill Retreat - a PMI Scenic City Rental

This Elegant single level studio style apartment is just what you need for a home away from home getaway to the Scenic City. The Downhill Retreat is just a few minutes drive or bike ride to shopping and restaurants in the North Shore area of Chattanooga. The apartment features a full kitchen with king bed and cozy outdoor area to relax. You'll have everything you need to make your stay phenomenal. The Downhill Retreat features an updated luxurious feel with a clean, comfortable environment. The whole studio style apartment is available to our guests. Full kitchen with eating area Bed 1 - King Bed Electric Fireplace The property comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. Parking is available down the driveway. House shoes are provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. ONLY ONE DOG LESS THAN 30 POUNDS ALLOWED. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. This is a small space - PLEASE SMALL DOGS ONLY. Please pick up after your family member! We have provided dog bags for our guest to dispose of pet waste. We at PMI Scenic City take pride in our rentals and keep them clean for your benefit and our owners. We require that every stay have at least one clean every 30 days at a minimum. Guests are responsible for the cost of the cleaning. NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings are allowed. This is a family friendly neighborhood. PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
