Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the desirable West End within walking distance of downtown. An EV charging station is one block away. There are five stairs that lead to the covered porch and your private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric stove/oven, and table. For the coffee lover, the coffee bar is stocked with coffee, tea, sweetener and creamer. You have your choice of drip, k-cup, or French press. In the kitchen closet an electric kettle is also available. You will also find the first aid kit. Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a ceramic tile floor, a tub and shower. We offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as make-up wipes and make-up towels. We have a few extra toiletries beneath the sink as well. The living room is bright and cheerful with natural sunlight from the large windows. You will find a comfortable love seat and a cozy blanket to snuggle up with. The RCA 50”FHD Roku Smart TV is set up to stream and has an antenna. Access to streaming services are available through your own subscription, so remember to bring your streaming account information and passwords and stream your favorite shows. We also have games, books and puzzles. You will find the ironing board, iron, and extra linens in the living room closet. The first bedroom has a queen bed with usb charging headboard, full length mirror, 3 drawer dresser, alarm clock with usb charger, and dedicated work space and window unit air conditioning. The second bedroom has a full size bed, alarm clock with usb charger, walk-in closet, 3 drawer dresser, and seating area. There is a covered porch with a table and two chairs to enjoy outside dining and enjoy the flowers in the garden. Boston, Maine, Vermont, Sea Coast, and White Mountains are an hour drive away. It is less than an hour drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and the Lakes Region, Pats Peak, and Manchester, Nashua, and Salem. New Hampshire is rich with recreational activities for every season. Guest have access to the downstairs apartment. This space includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, porch and shared yard. The owners live in the upstairs apartment. I like to give my guests space to enjoy their time at Sojourn NH. I am available as needed. We are located in a residential neighborhood. Conveniently located close to Main St. It is a five minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and Main St. No need to worry about driving or parking on Main St. Easy access to I93, I89, Rt 106 and Rt 4. Less than an hour drive to the White Mountains, Hampton beach and the coast, or Lake Winnipesaukee and the Lakes Region. Less than thirty minutes to Pats Peak and twenty minutes to Manchester. If you are looking to explore downtown walking is a great and easy option (5 minute walk to Main St). Concord area transit is has stops all over the city if you want to catch a bus or trolley. Ride sharing like Uber and Lyft are options. Concord Taxi is available. To explore more of our beautiful state you will likely need a car. If you do not drive your own car, there are multiple rental companies in the city. This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anything in the house or on the property -including no smoking on the porch. Please be aware you must leave the property to smoke. Any smell left in the home will result in additional cleaning fees. No pets are allowed. No parties or events. Guests found with more than the guest listed on the reservation will be charged an additional $50 per guest per day. No illegal drugs or activities. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. Parking-street parking is available. Please note all signage and storm warnings. Public garage is available during winter storms and is only one block away. Guest found violating policies will be held liable for any damages and responsible for necessary additional cleaning fees.
