The space This modern home built around the historic 1830 cabin is private with lots of space to relax or play. Two hot tubs, expansive wrap around decking, screened in porch off of main master bedroom. We have a huge yard to play badminton, corn hole, or croquet. Guest access You will have access to the whole property except the guest house which is for owner use. Other things to note The large parking area has a basketball court. We have a croquet set, horse shoe set, badminton and corn hole. We also have a swing close to the dock. Wedding venue will be an additional $2500 and include tables, chairs, porto-potties. You must purchase 1 day event insurance. We can accommodate up to 50 guests for the event day.
