The yard is a perfect place for entertaining, with a grill, plenty of seating with an outdoor table, and large outdoor couch, fire-pit seating, and turf for outdoor games! Inside you will find a living space with an open floor plan along with 5 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a trundle(3 beds total). Bedroom 5 has a day bed with a trundle( 2 beds total) with an office space and an ensuite bathroom. We have a large oversized kitchen table that seats all of your guests comfortably so guests can gather together to enjoy meal times and games together. There is an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful back splash throughout. While you may want to enjoy the local restaurants, the kitchen is prepped with everything you need to stay home and cook with the family. We include a full laundry room with a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. We have lots of parking for 8 cars in the front of our property including side parking which are perfect for parking boats and other toys. We provide high speed internet along with roku devices to access all your favorite streaming apps (logins not included). Each room contains it'ss own ceiling fans to make sure you're extra cool and comfortable on those hot summer days.
