Paddleboard, fish or swim with dolphins, manatees, pelicans and jumping fish from your private beach (on the Indian River-not the ocean) as you relax at your peaceful and luxurious private oasis in paradise. Enjoy a relaxing drink at sunset on the huge patio overlooking the water and watch the dolphins play. Casamigos is intended for discerning guests that appreciate quality amenities. Decorator furnished in stylish modern white leather and faux leather. All linens and towels are high quality 100% cotton with high thread counts. Toiletries, bath tissue and paper towels are all high quality brands. This home was newly built in 2021 and offers breathtaking water views from almost every room. Bring your boat and tie up to our 300 foot dock. You can use 2 new paddleboards that you can launch from the private back yard beach or dock. There are toys and games such as Cornhole, Jenga, Uno, and a Giant Tumble Tower as well as items to float and play in the river and plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The home is gated and has a 3 car garage for privacy and security , and nearby boat rental is available. If you have your own boat, there is a nearby boat launch and you are welcome to tie up at our dock during your stay. There are 3 smart TV's- 75 inch in Living Room, 70 inch in Master Bedroom and 65 inch in Guest Bed Room - all have surround sound. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Bring your fishing gear if you want to catch fish off the dock. Just 5 miles to the Beach , 22 miles to Port Canaveral, 11 miles to USSSA Sports Complex, close to Kennedy Space Center and great waterfront restaurants. Dogs are welcome with a 2 dog maximum and no weight limits (sorry but we do not allow cats). We do not allow gatherings/parties or events. Guest access Full access to entire home and dock (unfortunately the boat is not included but there are 2 boat rental companies within a 5 mile radius). Other things to note Home has a private beach on the Indian River which is perfect for swimming and paddle boarding (we have 2). Like most homes on the Space Coast you will be able to hear trains and traffic occasionally but you may also be lucky enough to see a space launch.
