Great for all four seasons! Fish, hunt, hike, golf, and bike while its warm and ski, snowmobile, or cross country ski while the snow flies! A quick walk to a playground, pool, tennis & basketball courts, and the Carrabassett River. The space The chalet has a stocked kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and three bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed, one twin bed, and two sets of bunk beds). All bed rooms equipped with TVs, to sleep up to 9 people! There is a pack-and-play, a portable high-chair, and baby gates available for your needs. The house is located a quick 10 minute drive to Sugarloaf Mountain, walking distance to the Carrabasset River, right off of the Narrow Gauge Trail, walking distance to Tufulios restaurant/bar and The Sugar Bowl Bowling Alley. For non-optimal weather days, there are board games, card games, toys for children to play with, and lawn games for the summer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and driveway (parking for 4-6 vehicles depending on size). The house is in a quiet and pet friendly neighborhood. We ask that you please be respectful of noise levels and your pet on the property. Other things to note We are excited to rent out our lovely cabin and hope that you have the best experience. Our Wifi is very strong here, however, phone reception in the neighborhood can be tough. We have a landline phone located above the TV in the living room you are welcome to use for Local/US calls. We have a great team that help take care of our property, which includes driveway plowing, shoveling, and spreading sand/salt, however, please always use caution when walking around the property, New England weather can change in an instant! Please also use precaution with falling snow and ice from the roof.
