Located In a private gated quiet neighborhood with very few neighbors on a paved winding hilly road with easy access. The space - Gated quiet private wooded property - Activities close by include apple orchards, white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, canoes, kayak, zip lining, shopping, wineries, shopping, and dining - Oversized rear porch with wood burning fireplace at tree top level overlooking 3 acres of woods - Keyless entry with personalized code will be sent within 24 hours of stay - Unlimited High Speed WiFi - Home sleeps 8 (1 kings, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed) - 42” streaming TV’s in each bedroom (4) and living room - Streaming services with your account access Disney +, Netflix, Amazon - Secluded Fire pit, 2 wood burning fire places 1 in living room and other on the back oversized deck - Laundry - washer and dryer on main floor, towels/linens, hair dryer, iron - Various games including Uno, battleship, cards,corn hole - Central HVAC, Thermostats are Nest controlled, ceiling fans - Driveways - paved road to cabin, 2 gravel driveways - Parking 6 vehicle limit, please park on driveways only - All Garbage must be bagged in full size trash bags no small or loose items in outside trash cans due to trash pick up rules and wildlife concerns. Guest access - Front entrance 3 steps on to front porch from gravel upper driveway. - Rear entrance 1 flight of stairs from the lower driveway - Main floor has open floor plan with living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway with half bath, washer/dryer, master bedroom and bathroom. - Living room with comfortable seating with 2 leather couches, chair, side table with lamp, streaming services, 42” TV, and wood burning fire place. - Dining room has seating for 8 and french doors open up leads to large oversized back deck. - Private back deck is at tree level view of 3 acres of nature, with wood burning fire place, gas grill, and has plenty of seating arrangements. These include oversized picnic table for 8, couch and love seat, coffee table, end table and 2 above rail height chairs with table. -Deck overlooks the fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Back yard is very sloped but has easier accessibility from rear entrance. - Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, custom cabinets, granite countertops, cooking basics, drip coffee/K Cup maker (K cups not included), sweeteners, creamers, crock pot, dish-ware, pots/pan set, spice rack, and flatware. Bar seating for 2 at the kitchen island. - Paper starter pack includes 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, few laundry and dishwasher pods. If planning to stay longer than few days please plan to pick up more of these items. Kitchen facet is touch operated. - Master bedroom with king sized Amish bed, 2 night stands, full dresser, and streaming 42” TV. The master bathroom has double vanity, large walk in closet, and oversized walk in shower. - Second story includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom each with 42” streaming TVs. Two bedrooms have a queen sized bed, 2 night stands, dresser, and room long oversized closets. The middle bedroom has bunk beds and dresser. The bathroom upstairs is a tub/shower combination. - Check in and check out procedures will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival and departure. Exact address and personal keyless entry code will be sent 24 hours prior to stay. - Part of the adventure, GPS does not currently get you directly to property but does get you to the neighborhood. Direct directions will be sent prior to stay. Other things to note This is the primary residence for some of the neighbors in the subdivision please be respectful of their homes and your noice levels although this property is secluded with only 1 direct neighbor.
