With only a 8 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine, the nearby attractions are endless. The space This condo is a premium third floor unit (no elevator). Two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom offers a king suite with king bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The Living room has a pull out full size couch. All beautifully decorated for a beach life feel. It also features central heat/Air, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk area for your computer, washer/dryer inside unit, Wi-fi, smart TVs in every bedroom with cable, a balcony with partial ocean view, clean quality linens, all the beach essential you could need, and free parking inside the community. It won't take long find yourself lost in paradise. The resort is an Oceanfront community with two large pools (1 pool is heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and many more resort amenities. Enjoy time relaxing on the balcony as the sound of the waves melt your stress away. Guest access Guests will have full access to the unit itself and the community amenities. Please follow community amenities rules posted to avoid any fines. Guests will be able to park inside the gated community, only a 6-8 minute walk to private beach access. Safe, friendly private community with dog waste bags available for your four-legged friends. We Pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties. We follow Airbnb and CDC cleaning guidelines. Other things to note Beach chairs, cooler, and other beach essentials are included. This unit is pet friendly with a pet fee due when you book a reservation. We love all dogs but the following breeds are restricted by the condominium association: Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Pit Bull, and German Shepherd. Please respect your neighbors. No smoking or parties inside the unit. Both pools have been recently renovated and are up and running!! Property Projects: Because our property is a condominium association, there are times when projects will be planned that are beyond our control. Individual condo owners have the right to renovate their units Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. While we do our best to inform our guests of any anticipated projects,we cannot offer refunds for work or projects being performed within the condo association's guidelines.
