A Pocono Mountains retreat in Emerald Lakes. Black Bear Chalet is a cozy, family & dog friendly cabin which is close to Camelback, Kalahari, & Pocono Premium Outlets. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the living room, firepit outside, enjoy some family games upstairs in the loft or prepare that delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen. Community amenity passes are available for purchase to enjoy the indoor & outdoor pools and beaches. Interior Christmas decor starting Dec 7th. The space 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom cozy chalet. Downstairs features a fully stocked, modern, eat-in Kitchen & seating for 6, living room with large TV, wood burning fireplace & desk that doubles as extra seating area for 3 with a bench and stool. 2 Queen Bedrooms downstairs along with 1 Full bath with tub. Upstairs loft houses a Roku TV, family games, seating area complete with bean bags and dog bed. 3rd Bedroom upstairs with 2 double beds and 1 twin trundle located under the right bed and pulls out along the low ceiling side. Outside deck features a propane grill, dinning table, bistro set and Adirondack chair. Firepit area with 5 heavy Adirondack chairs on lawn. Seasoned firewood is provided. All linens are provided. TVs in all bedrooms. Bedding subject to change per season. AC in Living room, kitchen and loft. Window AC Units in all 3 Bedrooms. Oscillating fans in bedrooms. Beach/Pool towels are provided. 6 Beach Chairs are provided in summer. Outdoor security cameras record video 24/7 to monitor for illegal parties/unregistered guests. Please use caution as weather conditions can change rapidly causing ice and snow. A Shovel and rock salt is available at the house. We have a local company who clears any significant amount of snow. If you ever need assistance, please let me know. Guest access Parking for 3 vehicles is allowed on the driveway only. On street parking and grass is prohibited. All roads in Emerald Lakes have a strict 25 MPH speed limit. Stackable Washer and Dryer in home. No smoking on premise. No parties allowed. We respect our neighbor's peacefulness with quiet time from 10pm-8am. Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly. We provide a snow shovel and salt for guests use. We have a local company who clears any significant amount of snow.
