Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home located in the mountains. The lake is 1 mile from the home with membership access. You will have the feel of being secluded in your own part of the wooded Pocono mountains but be close to the action. Swim, hike, fish, and bike the area. The downtown of Jim Thorpe (about 10 minutes away) has many local attractions from historic to outdoor adventures. We have a Level 2 electric car charging outlet for guests to use. The space This is a contemporary Salt Box style home with a large front porch. The first floor has an entrance into the mudroom/laundry area. Then you walk into the kitchen and dining area. This is an open floor plan and you can see the living room from the kitchen. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower. The bedroom on the first floor is a double bed. The second floor is two rooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between them. One room has a pyramid bunk bed and the second room has a queen bed. Each room has its own dresser and closet. The entire home is 1500 square feet. Guest access The entire house can be accessed by guests and the garage has some space to store beach toys and fishing poles, paddle boards, or skis in the winter. Other things to note Bring your own car charing cord and adaptor. Please bring any supplies you will need to use outside of the home like beach toys. **Parties and events are not allowed at this house! This is a quiet community where people come to relax and take in the natural surroundings.*** Local attractions: The home is 20 miles to Jack Frost Mountain resort, 19 miles to Blue Mountain resort, 6 miles to Asa Packer Mansion Museum Jim Thorpe. 3 miles to Pocono Whitewater Rafting.
