The space Inside, you’ll find a bright, bohemian-inspired living space with everything you need for a seamless stay: 3 bedrooms, 4 beds (Tempur-Pedic mattresses for restful sleep) 2 bathrooms stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels Fully stocked kitchen with cooking staples and coffee High-speed internet + all utilities included (no surprises!) Entertainment options: books, board games, records, instruments At 2,000 square feet, the home offers room to spread out — perfect for working remotely during the day and gathering with loved ones at night. Outdoors, enjoy six acres of natural beauty: lounge in a hammock, play horseshoes, or wander the quiet country roads and stone walls. Pets are welcome, and day visitors may join to share in the experience. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy (with the exception of the unfinished basement, occasionally used for storage/maintenance). Other things to note 20 minutes to Mt. Sunapee & Pats Peak 15 minutes to Mt. Kearsarge hiking trails & Lake Sunapee’s Newbury Harbor The home is located on a maintained dirt road that can be icy or muddy in winter/early spring. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended December–April. Your host lives in a separate unit on the property and is available to provide support if needed — while giving you complete privacy. Guest access During your stay, you'll have the pleasure of enjoying all that this delightful home has to offer. With key-less entry your check in will be seamless. The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the basement that is used for storage/maintenance and may be accessed by the property manager occasionally. Other things to note Convenient location: Grocery store and gas station are just 5 minutes away. Downtown shops, restaurants, museums, and outdoor spaces can be reached in about 10 minutes. Nearby attractions: • 20 minutes to Mt. Sunapee & Pats Peak • 15 minutes to Mt. Kearsarge summit trail & Lake Sunapee’s Newbury Harbor Access & road conditions: The house sits up a steep dirt road that is well maintained but may be icy or muddy between December–April. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly recommended if you’re not used to winter driving. Guest policy: For septic system care and overall comfort, the home is limited to the number of guests listed in your booking. Unapproved guests will incur an additional fee. For stays over a week, we’ll set up a simple lease agreement and a security deposit just to keep things easy and clear for both of us. Feel free to message me anytime for details. No use of the Woodstove will be permitted without the presence of homeowner due to insurance policy. If a guest decides to use the Woodstove without permission they will be financially responsible for any damages.
