As the home is not baby proofed, we do not allow children under two years of age or infants. Pets are not allowed due to owner allergy. Wood stove and pellet stove are not available for guest use. We are in the Adirondacks: you may see some insects or critters on the property. You may hear occasional road noise while enjoying the patio and yard. For security purposes, we have two cameras monitoring the outside of the property. The cameras are located at the front door and on the side of the house overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. We value your privacy. --Booking-- Once your booking on the platform is complete, we will ask for your email to send a customized rental agreement. This agreement must be completed and returned prior to check-in. Check-in is at 3 p.m. You will receive the entry code one hour prior to check-in. Check-out is at noon.
