The condo is on the second floor and all one level inside. It can be accessed by a private entrance with stairs or by elevator through a shared entrance in the neighboring lobby. The location can't be beat! This fresh fun spot is just steps from Traverse City's Front Street. 2 dedicated parking spots are provided at no cost across the street. This unit is located in a building that neighbors commercial business. At times there can be extra noise in the shared lobby and outside from restaurants/bars nextdoor. There's also typical city noises like deliveries, garbage removal, traffic and pedestrians.
