All of the beds feature memory foam mattresses with an additional memory foam topper so each guest can choose between a softer, or firmer mattress experience. On the upper level one of the bedrooms offer guests the flexibility to choose bed configurations of either two twin extra long (XL), or combined for a single king size bed. In the second upper level bedroom we offer two sets of bunk beds to sleep four people. For the comfort of our taller guests all of the twin beds are XL - even the two sets of bunk beds. On the lower level we offer two bedrooms, each with king size or two twin-XL beds. All three bathrooms include complete towel sets, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. House amenities include a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and dining for 16 people. All bedrooms, except the bunk room, offer Smart TV's with cable TV.
