This Matarangi gem is your perfect place to relax in a quiet neighborhood with the whole family or group of friends at this spacious peaceful beach town Bach. Matarangi is in a perfect location, just over a 20 minute drive half way between Whitianga and Coromandel town. Matarangi has everything you need, a well stocked 4 square, café, bar, restaurant, bowls, tennis courts, golf course, boat ramp, local walks, estuary and beach. Please find our guest book with brochures on local activities and amenities in the area. PLEASE NOTE bed linen (sheets) and towels are not included in listed fees- Please contact hosts to arrange this service at an additional fee of $15 per person for sheets and $5 per person for towels. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, glasses, crockery, platters etc. to cook and bake. Bathroom: Main bathroom and ensuite have bathmats, hand towels and hand soap provided. Entertainment: Living room t.v is 46 inches where you can stream Netflix, Three now, TVNZ. Second 20 inch t.v in the single bunk room has apple t.v where you can log in to your own accounts and set up viewing for your children. We have a couple of outdoor and indoor games, DVDS, and a few toys for the younger kids. Outdoors: Large deck and lawn for outdoor activities. Views of the sleeping giant mountains can be seen from the deck. Relax on the bean bag or outdoor furniture and watch the sun set. We have a louvred pergola with drop down privacy screens. Around the back is a dual hot outdoor shower to freshen up after a swim. BBQ: Enjoy your BBQ on the deck, gas bottle supplied. Pets: Apologies, we don't accept pets at our property for various reasons. Our property is not fully fenced. Parking: Plenty of room to park cars or a boat. Please don't use our neighbour's behind us' driveway. We don't have a concrete driveway entrance, please dive up the grass on the left of the house. There are no curbs so your car will be fine. Many properties in Matarangi don't have set driveways. Thanks for your understanding. Guest access The whole house is accessible apart from 2 locked cupboards and shed. Other things to note Linen and towels are not provided however they can be at an additional charge. Please contact us if you are interested at a charge of $15 per person for sheets and $5 per person for towels. We prefer you not smoke or vape, if you do it MUST be done outside and disposed of in the provided outdoor ashtray. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the lawn, extreme fire hazard.
