Casbah is the perfect place to bring your family or friends for a fun and relaxing coastal holiday. We also offer a later checkout of 1pm so you can maximise your stay 🙌 The space Casbah is a fully renovated 2 storey home perfect for families with children to share in comfort. Conveniently located within a 200m walk to the beach, kids playground and local cafes, restaurants and bars. There is plenty to do at Caves beach and the surrounding Lake Macquarie area inc coastal walks, water sports and fishing or just relax in the pool or at the beach. It is a spacious family-friendly home with all the luxuries inc comfortable beds and furniture, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool (unheated), games/bunks room, pool table, fire pit, air con and gas fireplace so you can enjoy your stay in comfort all year round... Casbah ideally sleeps 6 adults and 6 children or 8 adults and 4 children but a max of 12 guests is allowed at the property at any one time. (Just to clarify this - we have 2 sets of bunks that are meant for children/teens only due to weight restrictions). Please see below for detailed bed configurations. Upstairs you'll find 1x king bedroom with ensuite, 1 x king bedroom, open kitchen dining and living area and 1.5 bathrooms (full bathroom inc bath). Large bifold doors lead out from the kitchen to a large covered deck overlooking the backyard and pool area. Downstairs there is 1 x super king bedroom with lounge and TV, 1 x bathroom, laundry, kitchenette area (inc 2nd fridge), a games/bunk room with 2 x king single bunks together with 2 x king single beds, pool table, lounge and large Smart TV. Games, puzzles and books are provided in the games room which leads out to the covered dining area and backyard with BBQ and fire pit. We also have a porta-cot, highchair and safety gate available for younger family members. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking. No need to get in your car after you arrive as beaches, local pub, cafes, two small supermarkets, chemist and a bottle shop are all within easy walking distance RE POOL - PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS QUITE SHALLOW SO WE ADVISE AGAINST ANY DIVING AT ALL - PLEASE BE CAREFUL PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM AGE OF BOOKING GUEST IS 25 YEARS. DRIVERS LICENCE WILL BE REQUESTED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
