Known for its vineyards, local cuisine, and nature parks, Sonoma County (45 minutes from San Francisco) offers a wide array of activities for those looking to retreat from city life. Touring local wineries, dining at farm-to-table restaurants, and visiting world-class spas are classic ways to experience the area. While unwinding is certainly the attitude in Sonoma, activities such as horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, and kayaking attract those looking for a little adventure. Other things to note *Home Truths:* - The maximum occupancy for this home is 10. - The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 4. - Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. - Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home. - Please note that pool heat will only be available from April - October. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Due to the extreme risk of wildfires in this area all outdoor burning and smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will be fined per our House Rules. - Please keep exterior noise to a minimum. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors. - Be aware that wildlife like insects and snakes may be present around this property. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay. - Please note, that the road leading up to the home is one lane and rather windy. Please watch speed and drive carefully. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - AC temperature should not be set below 72 degrees for extended periods of time so as to prevent HVAC maintenance issues. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: No more than 4 cars can fit on the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use. There is absolutely no parking on the street. It obstructs the path of cars should there be an emergency. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
