The house features: Large open kitchen with state of the art Lacanche French hand made stove, Delonghi automatic espresso coffee machine with St Ali locally roasted coffee beans, French door fridge with ice maker, oak timber floors, stainless steel benches, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher and plenty of everything else. The kitchen leads into a sunny travertine and reclaimed timber decked back garden with unground solar heated swimming pool and a large entertainment area. The pool is solar heated, and due to Melbourne’s freezing winters, the swimming pool is decommissioned during the winter and is put into hibernation. There is also a BBQ pizza oven and teak dining table, lounge chairs & benches. A large dining/lounge area. Newly renovated bathrooms. Four open fire places, bbq/pizza oven. The house is very bright inside as it hosts lots of skylights on the upper floor. Wooden floor throughout the house. European laundry with Bosch washing machine and independent dryer. 3 large light filled and quite bedrooms, exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable. The first two bedrooms have king size beds, and bedroom 3 has two single beds which come together to make a king size bed if required. Each bed comes with quality linen. The main family shower room built entirely with Travertine and Italian smoked marble with a double walk in shower, then 2 further cloakrooms; 1 under the stairs on the ground floor, and another cloakroom/ change room outdoors by the pool. Please note we cannot continue with your booking without this information. IMPORTANT: We have a very strict no party policy and do not allow more than 10 people inside the property at any time. The property has sophisticated noise monitoring technology that triggers an alarm. It is not possible to have a party at this property. Guest access Guest have exclusive run of the whole house during their stay. Note that the house is rented only for residential use and PARTIES ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED. All guests will be asked to provide identification docs and agree to our house rules as part of the application process. Entrance to the house is keyless so you can check in anytime after 3pm. We will provide you with the entry codes once you have confirmed your booking. The house also comes with 2 resident parking permits, so you can park anywhere in the area.
