Loft one is meant for quiet reading with a comfy sofa, soft lighting and can be used as a homeschooling/work area Loft two is meant for playing and gaming with fold out chair, smart TV , Switch gaming system Second floor bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, master bath with stand up shower, set in tub, dressing area and outside patio with hammock. Kids bedroom features 2 single beds, bunk beds, TV with firestick , Xbox 360, board game selection, bathroom, outside area with porch swing and table/chairs. House is equipped with WIFI, Netflix account and a printer Child/Baby equipment on property (stroller, pack and play, plates/cups, high chair) Pets are welcome with approval of host (recommend less than 30 pounds) and subject to an additional fee (25.00 - 50.00 depending on length of stay). Renter agrees to pay all pet damages. We do ask that pets be restrained to one room when owners are not on premise. House will hold maximum of 12 people. We do ask for an additional 10.00 per guest over 8. Please note that if check out instructions are not followed, there will be any additional 25.00 pass through charge from the cleaning crew to guests. This especially applies to not starting the dishwasher or towels. Check in and check out are standard 10/3 unless different arrangements have been requested. Please check with me to verify times for your stay. We provide a more detailed email with additional house information 2-3 days prior to check in. We prefer that all parties be over 25 years of age. If a majority of guests are younger, we can consider with 500.00 deposit. The individual renting must be over 25 or have a parent/guardian secure the booking for them. Please note that there are in place per our rental insurance agreement. Guest access House includes 4 parking spaces and ski closet.
