Not far from Aventura Mall, Las Olas Boulevard. You could also enjoy The Hard Rock Stadium and Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino. Other things to note Check-in will be at the owner’s concierge, front desk. There is a $40/day/unit plus tax Resort fee made with the front desk of the Resort. There is $38 +tax /day valet parking fee. Hotel front desk will charge a security deposit for incidental. It will be around $250. Completely refundable at end of your stay if nothing is damaged. All guests are responsible for parking fees. Shoes and shirt required indoors. Quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. Wristbands are required at ALL times. POOL RULES: Towels must remain in the pool area. No running, no ball playing, no roller skating allowed in the pool deck. Proper bathing attire required in swimming pools / Jacuzzi. No toys are allowed in or around the edge of the pool. Only flotation devices allowed are arm floats. No outside food or beverages are allowed. No glass is allowed around the pool deck. No personal audio devices. No pets may be brought into the pool areas. No lifeguard on duty. Pregnant women, people with health problems and people consuming alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spa pools without consulting a doctor. Children under 12 years old are not allowed without parent supervision. All those who do not comply will be removed from the property. Continuing our efforts to properly secure the building and avoid violation of the rules and regulations. The Association will charge you a penalty for any of the following incidents:  Throwing things off the balcony $750 and the authorities will be called and we the association will press charges against all responsible parties.  Exceeding occupancy limit or having parties in the unit $500 and guests will be escorted out of the building.  Pulling a fire alarm station $500.  Damage to doors or hallways $500.  Smoking in the room $250.  No loud noise after 10 PM. Fines to guest will be apply when they are in violation : 1st Violation = $100 2nd Violation = $250 3rd Violation = $500 If there is any violation from the guest, we will notify the owner and property manager.
