Example: if it's 50°F outside, pool will reach approximately 65–70°F. Pool temperature cannot be adjusted mid-stay, so please request heating before arrival. HOUSE RULES: • If extra cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an additional fee may apply. • This is a residential neighborhood — please keep noise to a respectful level, especially at night. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. • No more than 3 vehicles on the property at any time. • External security cameras are active on the property for safety.
