Wide open floor plan, high ceilings, central heating, large fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans in all rooms are just a few of the features that will make your stay at this property easy and comfortable. This property suits families and larger groups of friends. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Bunks Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels. Property Features: Wifi Cycle Friendly Fireplace Close to town All linen provided Base rate is for 4 guests, each guest above 4 is charges at $40 per guest per night. Strictly no pets and no smoking. Bunk Beds: *Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed* * Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself. The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *. Cleaning Policy For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival. We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
